Growing Baby Bellies

My friend Nealy is 4 weeks ahead of me with her little bundle of joy due on May 17th. The gender has been kept a surprise for us all including Nealy and Eric...so in less than a month we will know if Taylor will have a new girlfriend or boyfriend, and we can't wait! This past Saturday was Nealy's baby shower so we thought it would be a good time to take some updated belly pics...WOW are we getting BIG!!

Baby Taylor Preview!

Last week we got a sneak preview of Baby Taylor during a 3D/4D sonogram. It was awesome! She was so active! She kept putting her little hands in front of her face and she was even crossing her little legs. Only 7 weeks to go till we get to meet her!!

Mass Street after the game...crazy!!!

It has been one exciting week here in Lawrence, KS! We had a blast watching the game on Monday with a bunch of our friends. (I thought the stress was going to put me in pre-mature labor!) It's so incredible how the the town comes together in such as awesome time of celebration! Go Jayhawks!

Marathon Man...

Before the big race!
After 26.2 Miles!

Almost to the finish line!

I am proud to announce that my father is officially my hero!! My dad ran in the St. Louis marathon this past weekend and kicked butt! He has been training so hard and it all paid off on Sunday when he crossed the finish line after 26.2 miles of running! That is over 4 hours of running without stopping! Luke, Mom, Dad, and I made a weekend trip out of it and had a great time visiting the Anheuser-Busch Brewery, Union Station , and cheering the Jayhawks on to a victory again North Carolina. On Sunday, we cheered Daddy-O on as he accomplished what most people would never even attempt. Way to go Ken Fen!! You are amazing!

Happy Easter!

Look what happens when you dye Easter eggs!

Crazy chicks!

Owen not sure what to think.

Peyton is a pro at this now!

So, I have been a horrible blogger lately. But the good thing is this...Kevin is back from the cruise ship and he brought my camera back to me....so it's time to start taking pictures again. Just in time for baby Taylor!! This Easter was so much fun. Luke's family all met down at the farm where his parents had 16 baby chicks waiting for all the grandkids...the chicks were even dyed easter egg colors...too funny=) They were quite the hit with all the boys! I couldn't help but think how fun it will be next year when Taylor gets to participate in all the festivities!

Taylor Katherine Bell...we are having a GIRL!!!

What an amazing day! We found out today that we are having a perfectly healthy baby girl. The sonogram was unbelievable. She was moving around like crazy, stretching her arms and legs and we even saw her yawn! There was one point when she was moving her hand like she was waving at us. It was absolutely amazing. She only weighs one pound right now but even with being so small, she has all the right parts in all the right places. Unbelievable! I will be scanning in sonogram pictures soon! We can't wait to meet our daughter!

Getting Closer to the revealing...

Just wanted to share with everyone that if this week doesn't speed up, I am going to lose it! =)Friday at 3pm seems so far away right now! It's like Christmas morning and I am waiting to see if there is a blue or pink bow on my present. Either way, I don't care...I just can't wait to find out. We have our names all picked out, so I will be revealing the little booger as soon as I am near a computer after my appointment! So stay tuned and see...

The Revealing is Coming Soon...

So, I had my 19 week checkup with my doctor today and we have set the date for the sonogram. We are anxiously waiting for the magical day which will be on Friday, February 8. So stay tuned for the results..... So for fun, everyone should comment on if they think I will be buying pink or blue! Stay tuned. P.S. My brother found my camera on the cruise ship but it will be awhile before I get it back in my hands, so for now it will be only writing!

Christmas Cruise (But no pictures to prove it)

Well, we have had an amazing last couple of weeks. The highlight would have to be spending Christmas with all of my immediate family on Kevin's Royal Caribbean Vision of the Seas where we cruised to Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan, and Puerto Vallarta. Unfortunately, I lost my camera on the first day of the cruise so I am waiting on pictures from my sister, Katie http://www.jaredkatieday.blogspot.com, and my mom. The most exciting thing that happened on the cruise is that our brother, Kevin, proposed to his girlfriend Carly, she is a dancer from Canada who also works on the ship. We are so excited for them and can't wait to have Carly in the family. Check out Katie's blog to see actual footage of the proposal!=)

It was an amazing week and we couldn't help but think about how different next year's Christmas will be with a 6 month old! Wow, a ton is going to change...and we can't wait!

Oh Baby!

Okay, so we have waited long enough and I can't take it anymore...WE ARE PREGNANT!!! Well, I am pregnant and Luke is very supportive and excited! =) I am 14 weeks along and the baby is due June 12th. We moved into our new house in July and we just couldn't stand the empty rooms...so here we go!! We are so happy and wanted to share our news with our wonderful friends and family! I have been very blessed not to have been very sick so far, just tired...so I am thanking my lucky stars that it continues to go this well. We should be able to find out what we are having the middle of January, so keep checking in for the revealing of Baby Bell.

Playing in the Snow

So Luke and I thought it would be fun to take our son, Maverick, to the KU Campus and let him run up and down the hills and play in the snow! Maverick had a blast and he didn't even need a snow suit!!
