Another Boy in the Bell Family...

Woohoo for nephews! Meet my newest nephew Owen David Allman. He is Luke's older sister Ginger's new baby boy. Not only did I marry into an amazing family . . . I am now the proud aunt of four nephews: Travis, Peyton, Logan and Owen. If we ever get a baby girl in this family, I don't know what we will do!

Florida or Bust!

Luke had a meeting in Florida in late July after the bar exam . . . so of course I had to go with him. The hotel was awesome and it was right on the beach! We had a great time soaking up the sun! Woohoo for jobs that can take us to the beach!

Maverick Loves His Cousin Halpert!

Maverick is so excited to have a new cousin named Halpert! Aunt Katie and Uncle Jared brought him to Lawrence a few weeks ago so they could meet each other for the first time and they loved each other! Hal liked to chew on Maverick's tail . . . but Maverick didn't mind! Maverick is so excited that he will have a cousin to play with at all our family gatherings!

Wine Country and San Francisco

This year Luke and I have been traveling a ton! We figured since we both have jobs that often take us to fun places, we should take advantage of all the discounted trips and make fun vacations out of them!

Over Memorial Day weekend, Luke and I took a trip out to wine country in California. Each year for work, my team has a chance to win a quota trip and we won! So, we were able to take our spouses on an all expenses paid trip to wine country! It was absolutely amazing! We had so much fun learning the history of Napa and Sonoma Valley and now have a better appreciation for the years of work that goes into each bottle of wine.

Our favorite winery was Ledson, which is a beautiful castle-like vineyard in Sonoma and our favorite wines were the Muscat, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc. What can we say? We love the sweet stuff! Highlights from the trip included riding in a wine train across Napa and having dinner at the Culinary Institute. Great food and MORE great wine!

After we had finished in wine country, we also spent a few days in San Francisco. We got to tour Alcatraz and walk along the beautiful bay to the Golden Gate Bridge.
