Taylor update: Taylor is 7 weeks old and weighed in at 11.5 lbs and 22.5 inches tall at her last appointment, this put her in 80% in height and weight....that's my girl!!!=)

My brother and Carly picked up their son, goldendoodle, Griffin on Sunday and we were so excited to meet him! Maverick couldn't be more excited to have another dog cousin and Taylor loved snuggling up to him in the chair. Well, she probably had no idea what was going on...but we were having too much fun posing the two most adorable things in the world...babies and puppies!

At the Lake...

Daddy had to go out of town for business so Taylor and I made the trip down to the Lake of the Ozarks with Mom, Dad, and the whole crew to David and Nancy's house. We had a ton of fun relaxing and hanging out by the water...in the shade of course!

Dinner with Emmitt

Taylor has had many suitors lately...tonight was her second date with Emmitt...and it went much better! She hardly cried at all! These two are too cute with each other. As you can tell, ua parents had way to much fun abusing their children by posing them in the ducky for pics. We can't wait to see you again Emmitt!

Taylor is 1 Month old!

I can't believe my baby is 1 month old! We were having problems getting some head on pics this morning, but she was such a trooper while mom tried to take 1 month pictures next to her giraffe. We can't wait to see how much she grows!

Dinner with Hayes

Taylor had a dinner date with Hayes Sunday night...and we had a blast too! Alison and Kyle live across the street from us and they treated us to a delicious dinner and great company! Hayes is 3 months old...we thought these two were too cute in their Hawaiian prints!

Happy 4th!

Taylor's first 4th of July was a hit, complete with 2 adorable red, white, and blue outfits and tons of fun at Grammy Fen's house! Maverick even got in on the fun with cooling off in the backyard fountain. Yes, this is a decorative fountain 4 feet off the ground. Our dog is nuts!! He will do anything for a swim!

Taylor's Newborn Photo Shoot...

My talented sister took Taylor's first pictures this weekend and they turned out amazing!! We are so lucky to have such a talented member of our family. Taylor behaved so well this weekend...hopefully she will keep it up for all the future photo sessions to come!

27 years ago...

My mom brought over some of the baby clothes that I wore when I was a newborn. This yellow nightgown is the same one that I wore 27 years ago! Taylor loved how soft it was and we think yellow is definitely her color!

Emmitt and Taylor's first meeting...

It was the day we had been waiting for...Emmitt and Taylor's first meeting! And, Taylor blew it...she was very aloof towards him all day and even cried during their first picture session together! She needs to step up her game if she expects this relationship to go anywhere. As you can see here...Emmitt was trying to console her but she was having nothing of it!

Splish Splash, she's taking a bath...

Daddy did a great job giving Taylor her first bath. With all that hair, bath time is going to be more often than she would probably like=) We don't want that dark hair looking greasy!!

Happy 1st Father's Day!

Taylor made her first trip over to Uncle Kevin and Aunt Carly's house for Father's Day. She sported her "Daddy's Little Sweetie" outfit and got some serious lovin' from the family!
